The importance of this article is that it shows that the paradigm that we have today is not allowing an adequate response to the violations of human-rights, since the human-rights organizations deal mostly with relieving the suffering of the violated, and ignore all together the causes that generated the situation. As this article shows, the ignorance of the root causes for the violation of human-rights, is not by coincidence, but by design.
